Ingredients

  2. cup packed brown sugar
  3. 2/3
  4. cup whipping cream
  5. 10
  6. tablespoons butter
  7. 4
  8. oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
Instructions
  1. 1 In 2-quart saucepan, cook brown sugar, whipping cream and butter over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil.
  2. 2 Add chocolate; cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
  1. A very versatile sauce—great to serve with desserts, like cheesecake, or use as an ice cream-topped brownies. The chocolate-caramel flavor combination lends itself nicely to “turtle-type” desserts
